A. Terms and Conditions
1. RIGHT OF ADMISSION IS RESERVED.
2. On arrival an inventory list will be received. It must be checked and signed as soon as possible.
3. Any items that are broken or lost during your stay must be replaced or it’s value will be deducted from the breakage deposit, whichever is more convenient.
4. On departure the inventory list will be checked again by the accommodation manager. Any shortages will be deducted from the deposit.
5. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
6. Dogs or other pets are allowed. If any harm are done by pets to any of our personnel, you may be held responsible for all damage done.
7. No firearms are permitted.
8. Access to cupboards, dressers, doors, rooms, etc. that are locked, as well as other personal belongings in the house, are not allowed.
9. The use of private property on the terrain, e.g. boats, life jackets, ski’s, inflatable tubes and any other equipment, are not allowed.
10. Also note that a screening process is followed by our attorneys for security reasons and for this a copy of ID and proof of address is required along with the deposit and signed terms and conditions.
B. Payment policy
1. In order to guarantee your reservation, we need to receive 50% of the total amount of your accommodation fees. The full balance/outstanding amount will be due 14 days before the date of arrival.
2. Refundable breakage deposit of R10 000 for house, R5 000 for flat (unless arranged otherwise) must be paid 24 hours prior to arrival, which will be refunded in full 24 hours after departure in the event that there are no losses/breakages/damages to the house.
C. Refund policy
1. The following cancellation charges will apply to refunds for accommodation:
a. If the cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to the booking a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
b. If the cancellation occurs between 30-59 days prior to the booking a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
c. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the booking a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
d. No show/early departure – guests are responsible for the full accommodation fees.
